We bring over 5 decades of successful clinical applications from the playground to the sports field to the senior centers and everything in between. It has been successfully tested and applied:

* 1st decade: athletically personally and via collegiate coaching (Brown University).

* 2nd decade: The Olympic Development Program and the USOC Olympic Sports Medicine Program.

* 3rd decade: Multi-joint training/certification at German University followed by peer reviewed publication.

* 4th decade: IRB and field-based studies followed by peer review publications. 

* Decades 2 - 5: Sports medicine applications that applied non-medical interventions to help solve orthopedic/rehab problems.
